Angel of Light

It is easy to close our hearts and look at what is missing in our lives, but it does not make us happy or add to our sense of well-being. The Angels are very invested in our conscious evolution, so they have come to let us know they are available for real life support. Whenever we invite them to enter our lives, changes occur in miraculous ways.

There are Angels overseeing every project, opening doors and connecting us with people and circumstances that will fulfill our dreams. A special Angel watching over each of our relationships. We can call these Beings of Light into our conversations and interactions so that Harmony and Divine Order will prevail for the highest good of all concerned.

When we turn our attention to feeling supported and nourished in everyday situations, it can feel as though we are being uplifted on wings of Pure Light. From that place, all is truly well.

Yoga is a Great Practice for Dancers

People today turn to yoga, dance, and other physical activities in order to improve their physical wellbeing. Dance, as yoga, helps individuals control their body weight, and improves their well being.

However, from my personal experience as a ballet dancer with 20 years of training, dance can sometimes be painful for the body and actually increase the levels of anxiety. When I turned to yoga, I realized that every dancer, especially those at a professional level should try it.

Yoga Makes You Love Your Body

Dancers can sometimes be convinced that if they do not have the ideally thin body, they can never be successful. So as a result, they refuse to accept their natural body weight and put their health at the risk.

However, yoga teaches practitioners that they do not need to have a particular body shape (thin, flexible, tall, short, etc.) in order to do yoga, because yoga is for everyone! Dancers can learn to love their bodies every single minute of the day through yoga.

Yoga Connects You with Your Body

Dancing and competitive sports can sometimes negatively affect individuals’ body image and body satisfaction and lead them to unhealthy habits and behaviors, such as eating disorders.

Since yoga is not competitive, there is no wrong way to do it. It teaches individuals to listen to their body (heart-rate, feelings, sensations, breathing).

In other words, yoga connects the mind, body, and spirit and can definitely teach dancers how to listen to and respect their bodies and physical needs.

All in all, yoga can definitely benefit dancers and help them increase their performance skills, while keeping up their levels of wellbeing.

The benefits of yoga and mindfulness are far reaching. More than improving flexibility and strength, yoga and mindfulness impact the social, emotional, mental and physical health of everyone who practices.

Give it a try. Get on your mat, take a deep breath, and take advantage of the many benefits of yoga and mindfulness.

Restore

In this eclipse season you may feel more vulnerable as aspects of yourself that have been suppressed for healing and integration. You will find yourself becoming more aware of the nature of your relationships, your own needs and how you may be giving your energy and power away unnecessarily. It is best not to criticize yourself and to rather give yourself the compassion and support you need. Be mindful of your own personal energy and take time to nurture yourself.

The incoming energies require us to remain in a space of fluidity despite any feelings of uncertainty. Fluidity allows us to remain open to all possibilities and opportunities. As we move into the month of June which is a space of inner stillness that will help to stabilize both our thoughts and our emotions. When we are stable and centred we are able to let go of our attachments and become more receptive to the insights, understanding and clarity we now need.

The Full Beaver Moon

This Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is all about action and change. As we move in step with the coming end of our calendar year, we choose enrichment of spiritual blessings or remain stagnant in our past.

Suddenly life is moving at an accelerated rate and be prepared to keep up with it during this Gemini Full Moon. Be flexible and not so rigid with your thoughts or actions. Leave behind old habits, and patterns.

The Full Moon is called The Beaver Moon and the message that beaver brings us this full moon is to practice spiritual protection. Learn to work with the Divine White Light to seal yourself in protection. Spiritual protection is needed daily and this is part of your spiritual work out. It is also a time to nurture yourself and do things that bring warmth and comfort to your soul.

The Full Moon is a time of culmination and the promise of fulfillment of that which was started at the New Moon. It’s time to express ourselves, and to let things out of our systems. Enjoy all of the celestial blessings that are coming your way. Make sure you take time to thank The Universe, the angels, your spirit guides, and ancestors for all of their help bringing you through this year.

Divine Self

One of the biggest shifts taking place in the world right now is the opening, deepening and expansion of knowing regarding the inner realm of focus. Human beings are awakening to their true nature and as they do, beginning to orient inward.

As you do this, your center changes in life and you begin to find that you can create what you want through connecting within you. You become aware of your true Source and the Self that is beyond this realm yet is very real and alive within you.

Now is a time of great contrast and change. This COVID-19 on the earth changes, the political tension, and the personal challenges you are feeling because of these outer experiences are all very challenging if you are not centered and calm. Yet you can feel centered and calm, relaxed and well even with the outer world’s forms and activities.

Outer experiences are always opportunities to be deliberate in your focus and in the way you create your energy. This moment, like any, can be used beautifully to deepen your relationship with your innermost self. To go within and ask your own infinite self to come forth and assist you. There are many angels, beings of light, and star beings here wanting to help you. Yet you must ask in order for angels to help.

The more you develop and cultivate your inner connections, the more you will find them to feel reliable, real and comforting to you in times of stress and change.

You are naturally predisposed to go within and that you have all you need to do so, no matter where you find yourself. It only takes a moment to pause, close your eyes and breathe. To intend to center and open to your Soul, your Divine Self, to call upon those fields – the YOU that is non-physical – and ask for love, support, energy, understanding, guidance and help. Then to allow yourself to receive, by simply being silent and breathing, allowing energy and gifts to be given.

You are always receiving, whenever you ask. Learn to be silent so you can feel the way you and your Divine Self co-create.
