Intuition During the Holidays

Intuition is always with us, it is part of our human nature and mind. Working with your intuition and continually practicing using it will strengthen your ability to engage it when you need it.

Sometimes the holidays take us away from our usual routine, which is a good thing, it keeps our minds on our toes with the opportunity to experience something new. Just enjoying your physical senses, seeing, feeling, and hearing the holiday sights, and sounds without any thoughts or judgment exercises your awareness of your intuitive side. See what it recalls in you. This is how intuition comes to us, it pops up and is plain without criticism and just presents itself as it is. You may also enjoy yourself more to take this mini break from the hustle and rush of the holiday season.

You can also use holiday get-togethers to intuitively connect to someone. Take the time when conversing with friends for the family to receive not only what you hear when they speak, but what you feel and sense. Allow yourself to be the witness, the observer, and pay attention to yourself as the listener. You may be surprised at what pops up inside you when you are just present during the conversation and tuned in. This allows you to absorb so much more of what someone is sharing with you beyond their words.

When you’re shopping for a gift during the holidays you can use your intuition to help you choose the best one. Sometimes you may not be sure of what someone would like if you don’t know them well, or you know them too well it may be challenging to know that perfect gift. Here’s how you can use your intuition to help. Say you’re in the store and shopping for a clothing accessory for a friend but you’re not quite sure which color or style they would like. Among the choices in front of you, imagine your friend wearing each one and ask your intuition in your mind which one, choose the good-feeling ones, and use your eyes and your heart.

There are so many wonderful holiday displays, pictures, photographs, and sights that are a feast for your eyes. When you look pay attention to how it makes your heart sing or stir up some wonderful emotions. It’s a great intuition exercise! This all allows your intuition mind to give you impressions. You’ll probably intuitively discover things you didn’t realize before!

Enjoying the holidays is a fun way to exercise your intuition.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

As the Taurus Full Moon Lunar Eclipse approaches on October 28, 2023, the energy around us starts to shift. We are in Scorpio season now and can feel our emotions are stirred. The veil that separates us from our deepest desires is lifted, and we see things that were previously hidden from us.

The key messages of this Eclipse urge us to cast our minds back to November 2021. What were the themes and situations we were dealing with then? It is highly likely that those issues have come full circle and have now reached a culmination point. This Eclipse marks the end of a cycle, and we are urged to shed the layers that have been holding us back and step into more of our authentic selves. As we take this leap, we reach a new chapter of our soul’s evolution.

Endings are powerful during this Eclipse, and we are encouraged to take action on something we wish to bring to a close. We must trust the process, embrace the changes, and step into our power with grace and courage. This Taurus Full Moon Lunar Eclipse marks a pivotal moment in our journey, a moment that will help us grow, evolve, and reach new heights of consciousness. It is a time of transformation and new beginnings, and we must approach it with an open heart, a clear mind, and a strong spirit. The Eclipse may shake us, but it is also an opportunity for us to rise and shine!

Happy Full Moon Infinite Blessings,

Kelly

Good Karma

Karma, it carries no judgmental overtone at all. It is simply reflectance. Reflectance is a property of the universe. Therefore, life reflects what you project. This principle of reflectance or karma states that life reflects your beliefs, emotions and actions. The stronger these are, the more apparent it becomes that life is a mirror of whatever you project.

Whenever you change the way you view life, the universe, just like a mirror, reflects your new view of reality. This may not occur instantaneously as, often, circumstances do not allow the new reflection to immediately manifest. In this case, the new reality is held, like a pressure within the aura of your body’s subtle magnetic field. You then walk around in life, surrounded by this magnetic potential, your “karmic pattern,” as it influences your circumstances to adapt into a form where the new reality will be able to manifest and operate.

Reflectance, sooner or later, produces manifestation. When you don’t like something in your life, the most powerful way to change it is to discover how, consciously or subconsciously, you have generated that reflection. Then change your point of view – the beliefs, viewpoints and energies that you put into your life – so that the reflection is changed.

It’s just like the law in physics: “For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction.” This law goes much deeper than just a law of mechanical motion. It is how the universe is designed at all levels.

Reflectance is entirely automatic. When you seek more happiness from life, the mirror of life will shine more happiness back upon you, just as soon as you decide, within yourself, to become a happier person. Then it will reflect your new reality.

Rainbow Energy Healing

Align your energy to feel grounded and balanced.

Kundalini Yoga class this Memorial Day weekend is a journey through the Chakras, and includes meditation, breathwork, and chanting/mantra, all while Rainbow Energy is flowing!

Rainbow Energy is a Universal Healing Energy that clears and supports the Chakras (Energy Centres), and the entire Energy Body – Meridians, Auric Field, Soul Connection Grid, and Higher Chakras.

It’s not limited to one set frequency, and includes a vast spectrum of healing vibrations, each with it’s own healing property and an associated color.

The Energy is intuitive, so each person in the class experiences different shades of colored healing light, based on the unique needs of their body, mind and soul.

When we combine Chakra-based Kundalini Yoga, with Rainbow Energy Healing, it’s a powerful self-healing experience that clears and recharges our entire energy body!

Ganesh: Cosmic Oracle Card Reading

It’s important at this time to move beyond the limitations of ‘it’s not meant to be’ and focus on ‘if this is for my highest good then the universe will move me there safely’. Ganesh not only brings a clear light to your external situation but also helping you clear up any inner conflicts. When obstacles arise, know that they are just reminders that you care about your path and that you have the ability to change your current situation. Ganesh is here to help and give thanks to him for clearing the way. To increase your connection to #ganesh, you could chant in Sanskrit: ‘Om, Gam, Ganapataye, Namaha!

Bountiful, Blissful, Beautiful Sat Nam Fest

One of the most powerful archetypes that Yogi Bhajan shared in his lectures was the Ashtabhuja.

The Ashtabhuja is the archetype of woman as Goddess. She represents warmth, heat, energy and her body shines with a radiance like the glowing sun. She has ashta – eight, bhuja – arms.

In her seven hands she holds powerful symbols: a bow and arrow representing wisdom and awareness; the lotus which is a symbol of the feminine; a discus which is like a water wheel when it empties and spills forward creation; a scepter which when thrown is like a lightning bolt to dispel negativity or adversity; and a jar of the divine nectar of life. Her eighth hand holds a mala or prayer beads that give eight Siddhis or spiritual powers and nine Nidhis or treasures.

I was always intrigued by this Goddess of the Universe. She spoke to me and I felt her power every time I even spoke her name.

Let her be alive within each woman. That became my prayer. I knew Yogi Bhajan was asking each woman not to worship the Ashtabhuja, but to embody her.

My prayer on this day and forever is that as women we may embody this divine being throughout actions, words, and thoughts. And let these words of Yogi Bhajan resound in our hearts and spirit as he exalts our true power as a woman.
