Intuitive Psychology: Anxiety and Intuition are Interconnected

Intuition is a sense, a sixth sense, feeling and physiological signal in the body that may or may not be connected to something that we understand consciously.

Anxiety is referred as a feeling of nervousness, a feeling of worry, and unease, usually about an uncertain outcome or event.

Anxiety and intuition have shown that they are deeply connected to one another. A keen sense of intuition became intertwined in a way that people often don’t realize. Sensitive intuitive people are tuned in to the emotions of others. It’s important to realize that when you experience anxiety, it isn’t always a bad thing. Anxiety is a signal that something there is imminent danger, and it can help you to further your emotional growth as well as help others.

Throughout my life, anxiety has been a challenge and have learned to use it as a secret weapon. I now know that anxiety is a superpower that helps yourself to help others.

The ability to think, to reflect on ourselves and our behavior and
to plan ahead, is the feature that most defines us as humans, and evolution.

Sometimes people get stuck in it. People are often consumed with
the past, ruminating about events and repeating them over and over. Others
get paralyzed thinking about what lies ahead. Both forms of overthinking
consume the brain’s limited capacity for attention, bring the mind
to a stop and it and compromises mental health. One form is known as depression,
the other anxiety. And both conditions are rampant in our culture
today.

Intuition can be thought of as almost the polar opposite of either.
And it is a reliable way of knowing, and valuable in many
circumstances.

There are many ways to define intuition, but all present a kind of
conundrum. The act of reflecting on intuition is precisely what intuition
isn’t. Intuition is really your brain on autopilot, performing its
actions of processing information outside of your awareness that
it’s operating. It’s nonconscious thinking.

It’s often safe to rely on automatic nonconscious processes
for parrot-fashion tasks, but what happens when it is complex situations?

Nonconscious processes operate all the time in complex
decision-making. Often enough, we just don’t give them credit.
Sometimes we override our intuitive gut-level reactions altogether,
ignoring our native responses in favor of ways we think, for external
reasons—such as to coincide with the judgments of others—we
should be reacting. The truth is that all of the
factors that influence our reactions just aren’t available to our
conscious selves.

Live Intuitively

The word intuition translates as meaning to look inside or to contemplate.

Your intuition is designed to help you to connect with the people and experiences that will make you feel truly happy and fulfilled. Living intuitively can be enjoyable, bringing forth pure joy, love, wonder, beauty and abundance. By living intuitively start by listening to your heart. 

Listening to your heart is one of the best ways to liberate yourself of your conditioned self so you can start accessing more of your natural intuitive abilities.

Your heart is designed to guide you onto the path of living your dreams and knows the right way to live. The challenge is that the mind will often override this incredible source of intuitive wisdom. When you start paying attention to it, you will be richly rewarded with intuitive information, clarity and direction.

To live an intuitive life, you must cultivate the courage to be different so that you can become uniquely you. Face your fears is a very important component of the intuitive path.

Choose to be around people that support you on your path of being the best that you can be.  If you can’t be around supportive people, start spending more time on your own. Creating more time with yourself will naturally help you to hear and access more of your intuition.

Doing work that you love is an essential part of living a more intuitive life. If you haven’t found work that you love yet, start experimenting with new activities and notice the things that make you happy. Ask your intuition to guide you in doing this.

 

To live an intuitive life, it is important that you allow yourself to go beyond what is comfortable for you. Start by taking small steps outside your comfort zone so that you can build up to taking bigger risks in your life. This will allow you to always keep learning and growing and develop more confidence in your natural intuitive self.

Trust your intuition and allow it to guide you to live a richer, more heart-centered and intuitive life.

NASA Pluto’s Majestic Mountains and Icy Plains

New Horizons epic spacecraft made its historic flight through the Pluto system – providing the first close-up images of Pluto and its moons and collecting other data that has transformed our understanding of these mysterious worlds on the solar system’s outer frontier.

Scientists are still uncovering data that New Horizons recorded and sent home after the encounter. July 14th, yesterday, on the two-year anniversary of the flyby, the team is unveiling a set of  detailed, high-quality global maps of Pluto and its largest moon, Charon.

 

Pluto who rules the zodiac sign of Scorpio touches upon a special regeneration for all Scorpions and Pluto’s moon Charon is a remarkable world in its own right, sporting a unique red cap and an enormous canyon called Serenity Chasma, which is more than 1,000 miles long and, in places, twice as deep as Arizona’s famous Grand Canyon. New Horizons revealed for the first time how that Pluto is a complex and mysterious world.
