Ahimsa
Ahimsa is the acme of bravery and the quality of the strong. The law of Ahimsa is as much exact and precise as the law of gravitation. Know the correct way to apply it intelligently and with accuracy. If you are able to apply it with precision, you can work wonders. The practice of Ahimsa develops the heart in a wonderful manner.
How to integrate Ahimsa in everyday life?
Whether you’re experienced in yoga or just beginning, integrating the practice of ahimsa in everyday life can lead to beautiful strides. Ahimsa is one of the five yamas, which are ethical, moral imperative guidelines for yogis. Ahimsa can be integrated into a practice of non-harming other living beings, nonviolence in all aspects of life from the physical to the mental and emotional. Nonviolence is defined by honest compassion and true divine love. You can achieve this by embracing love, learn to love deeply, and also to receive love. However, this is challenging to do if you choose to avoid or ignore certain traits held within yourself.
You can incorporate ahimsa into daily activities. For instance, some yogis do not eat meat. Whatever you choose to do with your diet, focus on practicing self love in all you do. Another way to bring ahimsa into your life is through compassion. It is the potential to accept events as is with an open heart and to let go of reacting in any negative way by replacing those feelings with loving kindness and acceptance. Yoga gives the chance to practice non-violence in your mind at the same time cultivate awareness of your own thoughts to find if there are hints of harm and revenge against yourself or others in your life. Become the witness, observe and recognize these thoughts as they come into your consciousness and then watch as they again leave.
How to Practice Ahimsa in the Mind and Body?
The power of Ahimsa is greater than the power of the intellect. It is easy to develop the intellect, but it is difficult to purify and develop the heart. To understand how non violence can manifest in our lives everyday, it is best to learn first how subtle daily actions and responses are filled with the elements of violence. This often happens against ourselves. Harsh speech, wounding the feelings of others by gesture, expression, tone of voice and unkind words. By injuring another, you injure your own Self. Injure none in thought, word and action. Give a chance to behold your own Self in all beings. This will promote Ahimsa.
Trial and difficulties are bound to come in your way on your path to test your strength. If it is challenging to forgive someone for something they have done against you, or if you find it hard to forgive yourself for something you’ve done, you are hurting yourself by not letting go and this creates no space for love to enter or to dissolve any hostile nature. Everyone holds pain inside themselves, by forgiving you can overcome trials in a positive way and watch how doors will open to a new understanding.
The perfection of forgiveness and the presence of Ahimsa is a soul-force more subtle than electricity or magnetism. There is a hidden power which protects its practitioners. The Yogi then enjoys the highest bliss, peace and immortality.
How Can A Yoga Practice Assist with Ahimsa?
Yoga is a phenomenal way to access ahimsa in our daily interactions. By practicing yoga, you can confront your own inner darkness with light and compassion. This then paves the way for transforming negative emotions without acting on these feelings. Yoga creates the avenue to getting in touch with harm you hold inside through releasing negative energy through positive intentions and transcends the negative aspects of yourself, creating peace in the world around you.
We can understand ahimsa as the being mindful of thoughts. Thoughts naturally move in and out of our minds. Holding onto harmful thoughts affects well being. Diet and exercise are important for your health, but if you do not have healthy thoughts then unhealthy thoughts can harm you causing emotional injury to the self. When you turn your yoga practice into a complete lifestyle, it can guide daily interactions with yourself and others. Keeping this in mind as yoga practice lets us move out of negative thoughts in the mind and about the body. We can then accept ourselves totally, no matter how flexible or how strong we may be.
This translates to all aspects of our lives. Embracing ahimsa will improve well being as well as those around you. It comes from deep within the heart. May all beings everywhere be happy and free.

Tattva Balance Beyond Stress and Duality
When the five elements (tattvas) are strong, are in balance, and are located in their proper areas of the body, then you can resist stress, trauma, and illness. You do not get confused in conflicts between the two hemispheres of the brain as they compete for the right to make direct decisions.
This meditation we would like to share with you uses the hand mudra to pressure the 10 radiance points in the fingers that correlate to the zones of the 2 hemispheres. The equal pressure causes a kind of communication and coordination between the 2 hemispheres of the brain. The deep inhale gives endurance and calmness. The exhale through the mouth strengthens the parasympathetic system from a control band of reflexes in the ring of the throat. This calms reactions to stress.
The strokes of the exhale stimulate the pituitary to optimize clarity, intuition, and decision-making capacities. It resolves many inner conflicts, especially when the conflicts, especially when the conflicts are from different levels of functioning: spiritual versus mental versus physical, or survival needs.
Tattva Balance Meditation

Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine. Raise the arms with the elbows bent until the hands meet at the level of the heart in front of the chest. The forearms make a straight line parallel to the ground. Spread the fingers of both hands. Touch the fingertips and thumb tips of opposite hands together. Create enough pressure to join the first segments (counting from the tip) of each finger. The thumbs are stretched back and point towards the torso. The fingers are bent slightly due to the pressure. The palms are separated. Fix your eyes at the tip of the nose.
Create this breath pattern: Inhale slowly and deeply through the nose. Exhale through rounded lips in eight equal, emphatic strokes. On each exhale, pull the navel point in sharply. Continue for 3 minutes. Then inhale deeply, hold for 10-30 seconds, and exhale. Inhale again, and shake the hands over the head. Relax... Total Time: Start with 3 minutes and build a practice slowly to 11 minutes.
Peace to all, Light to all, Love to all.. Sat Nam. Sat Nam means Truth is my Identity.

EMF Sensitivity Awareness
Due to EMF Sensitivity, we can not air or post our radio show for today. Our technical devices have failed us along with our own personal three frozen, unresponsive and failing slide to unlock iPhones. It is a serious case of Hypersensitivity to electromagnetic fields or EMF Sensitivity, and it is a pervasive and potentially devastating condition that affects a large number of intuitive people, many of whom are on a ‘spiritual path’. While almost everyone is affected to some degree too geopathic sources of electromagnetic fields, certain bodies are more susceptible to technologies and gadgets.
We definitely are among those people who suffer from EMF sensitivity and over a period of time after being exposed to the frequencies emitted by cell phones, computers, GPS, radio, satellite radio, television, planes, trains, trucks, cars, radar, and even earthquakes nearby, this causes a big time neurotransmitter disruption and more it is also 50% the cause of Autism.
EMF sensitivity is diverse as each individual who experiences it, your own frequency level, along with the conditions of the immune system and nervous systems will dictate which frequencies disturbs and how. To further complicate matters, phones that shut down, computers that freeze the minute you walk through the door, electronic devices that become beyond dysfunctional and debilitating not from dropping your phone but by just being in your purse doing nothing this is part of the EMF awareness we must look at and investigate further within our own lives because all of this is messages from a vibrational frequency we must attune to with our higher listening abilities. For the meantime, since none of our phones are working we are forced to postpone our phone intuitive readings, radio shows, and intuitive skype sessions until further notice. Those of you who are scheduled and reading this, you will be contacted by us (Bliss Medium) to rearrange dates and reschedule appointments.
For further sharing on the topic of EMF sensitivity. This is a sensitivity that you are born with an innately higher personal frequency, that pick up a larger range of frequencies and often have enhanced genetic abilities regarding intuition and healing, able to receive and perceive a larger array of invisible electromagnetic frequencies, which can be overwhelming to the human form. But there is EMF protection that we are still learning about and find joy in sharing that a majority of crystals, pendants, amulets, and shields offer protection. Nurturing, building and boosting your system is excellent to limit EMF sensitivity.
It is important that you clear any emotional, mental, or spiritual issues that are causing stress, develop a nutrition plan that is right for your particular body and any other current ailments; getting adequate exercise for the mind and body and decrease exposure to the triggers around you.
Tumeric is really wonderful. Take 250 mg of Turmeric once a day for 3-4 days it assists the immune system and nervous system.

Valerian Root once a day for 7 days helps protect you from stress, allows adrenals and thyroid to heal and doesn’t make you drowsy in the process.

Exploring energy work, such as Acupuncture, and other holistic modalities such as Ayurveda to help you better understand your own frequencies, as well effectively diagnose, balance, and heal the entire mind-body-spirit experience.

Last but not least is to Take it Easy.by not “Overdoing it” or introducing too many things at once will have the opposite of your desired effects. Have patience and keep calm. Embrace it and be grateful that EMF Sensitivity is an invitation from your system to find the things that you need in order to live and thrive in optimal well-being from now on!
Peace and light

Smiling Buddha Kriya
Historically this is a profound kriya. It is said to have been practiced by both Buddha and Yeshua. It is said that Yeshua (Jesus) also learned this in his travels. You have probably seen this hand mudra or gesture in paintings and statues. It is a gesture and exercise of happiness and it opens the flow of the Heart Center.
No worries about learning this kriya to be a Buddha or a Yeshua, just learn it to be yourself. Try the technique and experience the state it brings, then share it by creating beauty and peace.

Posture: Easy Pose
Mudra: Extend the Jupiter (index) and Saturn (middle) fingers up and curl the Sun (ring) and Mercury (little) fingers, pressing them down with the thumb. Bring the hands up so the elbows are pushed back and a 30 degree angle is made between the upper arm and the forearm. The palms face forward and the forearms are parallel to one another. Make sure the elbows are pressed back and the chest is out.
Eyes: Closed; concentrate at the Third Eye very powerfully.
Mantra: Panj Shabad. Saa Taa Naa Maa. Chant mentally at the Third Eye Point. Saa=Infinite, Taa=Life, existence, Naa=Death, Maa=Regeneration, light. These are the bij sounds of Sat Naam, which means, “I am Truth.”
Time: 11minutes.
To End: Inhale deeply, exhale, open and close the fists several times, and relax.

Smiling Buddha Kriya-Meditation is the suggested meditation and yogic technique shared this morning on our “Love Never Dies” podcast. When we feel that we truly and appropriately have experienced the totality of our grief and decide that it is time to look forward, Smiling Buddha Meditation may be considered as a technology to provide transformation.

Smiling Buddha Meditation is extremely effective in providing the means to elevate ourselves in a very specific way to maximize our luminescence as humans. It is a meditation for repairing and opening the heart center. When the heart is open you can only feel elevated and blissfully fulfilled.
