Intuition is subtle. It is gentle and whispers. As you go about your day, your intuition speaks in subtle hints. To perceive it, you must keep a peaceful demeanor and thoughtfully listen to the voice of your spirit.
Intuition is spontaneous.
You can access intuition any time and often unexpectedly. Accessing your intuitive guidance really does require you to enter the “wilderness” of that quiet place within you where no one else can follow. Your intuition is the very still voice arising from the authentic self.
Intuition Is A Real Force.
It is not just a thought. Intuition is a real spiritual energy that guides and directs you. You can become in tune to your spirit if you take the time to recognize it.
With intuition there is no striving or feelings of urgency. If you are pressed, rushed or anxious, it is not at the fault of intuition but rather over active thoughts.
Intuition Is Associated More With Right Brain.
The left side of the brain is associated with thoughts while the right brain is connected with imagination. Your intuition plays its role through the right brain, impressing images in the mind’s eye.
Meditation and visualisation help you tune in to your intuition and access the right side of the brain. Find time daily to meditate or sit in silence and visualise. Allow your intuition to show you impressions and listen as it speaks.
Intuition Always Works.
Whether you appreciate the outcomes of your intuition, it is always working for you. Similar to a language, the more you learn to understand its finer points the more you use it. You never know how intuition can guide you to safety or keep you from harm because its power lies in its subtlety.

One of the oldest and simplest methods of clearing out negative energy from a room, around you, within you, or in a home is to use sage, or smudging as it’s usually called.
The use of rising smoke to cleanse is a very old tradition used by many cultures all over the world like Egypt, India, Rome, Greece, and many others. The most well-known people to use sage are the Native Americans.
Sage smoke can be used to cleanse a room, a new home, negative spirits, or anything else that may be making the area where you live uncomfortable. In addition to using the sage, you can incorporate anything you like into the cleansing, such as candles, other incenses, prayers, or whatever you feel you need or would like to add.
It’s very important to remember that when cleansing, your attitude towards the process is extremely important. Your approach should be positive and calm.
How to Smudge With a Sage Stick
After physically cleaning the room it is best to wear fresh, clean clothes. Place a bowl of salt in the middle of the room, as this helps to disperse negative energy.
Keep the air gently circulating to keep it smoking— this can be done by blowing on it or wafting it with a feather, your hand, or some other tool.
We begin at the doorway, cleansing the frame inside as well as the door with the smoke, then working our way around starting from one of the corners. Make a slow progress around the room in a clockwise direction. Basically, aim for a circle. The sacred circle has been used for thousands of years as a powerful protection symbol.
Walk slowly and focus on what you are trying to achieve. It’s important to remember that the cleansing doesn’t just come from the sage: you are mentally cleansing the area as well, so concentrate as much as you can without becoming tense.
As you are doing this, you can recite prayer, repeat mantra, or affirmation that you like or that you feel is appropriate. What’s important is that you choose whatever words that feel right for you.
Visualize the dark negative energy being dispersed or pushed out and replaced with white, beautiful light. Imagine this white light filling the room and cleansing out anything negative.
Keep repeating your chosen words until you have finished smudging the room.
When you have completed your circle, you can end with another prayer/affirmation/poem or repeat the one that you used earlier. Stand in the middle of the room and visualize the white cleansing and purifying light still present and giving protection.
To close cleansing rituals, we always light a candle usually white— for light, love, and spirit. We also then burn other incenses usually a choice of sandalwood which is a powerful cleanser of negativity.

The mind is at the root of most of our issues and problems, especially low self-esteem. Whenever you attempt to move forward in your life, it is the mind that sends the message of critical, judgmental and self-destructive thoughts.
You are not your thoughts so no need to be afraid of upsetting your own mind.
Daily meditation gives you a chance to witness how your mind pulls you here and there during your daily activities and in order to develop a relationship with your mind is becoming a witness to your thoughts and refusing to react or act until you are clear.
Trust. You have been given your own inner authority, your own inner compass that is guiding you through time and space.
Fortune Teller and Crystal Ball go together. It’s the stereotypical image of a fortune teller a woman in a headscarf, waving and placing her hands over a crystal ball conjuring images of that tall, dark, and handsome soulmate– but a crystal ball is still to this day a very useful tool to have in your intuitive psychic box. Crystal ball gazing is accessible to everyone, and although challenging at first, it’s definitely something which improves with practice.
Choosing a Crystal Ball
Most crystal balls are made of glass, but you could be surprised to know that a good crystal ball doesn’t have to be clear – you can also use a crystal ball made of amethyst, smokey quartz or any other gemstone of your choice. You might wonder, how does this work, when you’re suppose to see images in a crystal ball? Well, it works because the images you see will be in your third eye or mind’s eye, not in the crystal ball itself . The crystal ball is a tool for focusing your mind and freeing your third eye.
Choose a crystal ball which appeals to you, but make sure it’s not too small. Bigger is definitely better, as it’s easier to concentrate. When you get your first crystal ball home, it’s a good idea to gently wash it in mild soapy water, just to clean away any excess energies. From this point on, only you handle it, and store it safely away when not in use.
Setting the Scene
In order to use the crystal ball, you need a quiet space where you will not be interrupted. If you already have a space for meditation, that would be best. Some people like to set the scene by cleansing the room with a smudge sage stick first, burning incense, lighting a candle, or playing spiritual music.
Starting to Gaze
When you are ready, Relax and hold hold the crystal ball for just a moment. When you have a specific question in mind, ask it in your mind now, or ask for you to be shown whatever will be helpful to you at this time.
Then place the ball onto its stand, or onto a dark cushion or cloth. And gaze. Literally.
Gaze and stare at the ball intently. Try not to blink or to look away. Hold your gaze. If you’re good at the Magic Eye pictures, you’ll be great at crystal gazing! It may take some time, but eventually you will get the hang of it.
Remember – these images are in your mind, clairvoyant images in your third eye, not in the crystal ball itself.
Interpreting What You Saw
Most crystal ball images are symbolic. If you saw a boat, what might that mean, given your current situation? If you saw the color purple, how does that apply? If you saw a name, do you know that person? Interpreting the images can be as tricky as getting them in the first place, but trust the process and this does become easier, you will find that images come faster, and are more relevant to your question and much more simple to interpret.

Colors have meaning and express a certain energy, and our subconscious is constantly taking cues. Red represents fire. Chinese people usually believe that red can be a sign of joy and good fortune. It has been a common color in Chinese New Year and other traditional holidays. That is why many people that have been married usually give red envelopes as red is a sign of good luck.
When you’re looking to make a change in your life, you may want to reconsider the color symbols in your home and office. Color is one of the most powerful tools used in feng shui. Red represents the element of fire, and because of its intensity, is considered a lucky color in feng shui. It can be used in doses to redirect energy around the home.

Birthdays, death days, holidays, and anniversaries–they can be hard to handle when our loved ones have passed on. Most of us don’t know what to expect on these days when they start creeping up. Will it be a day of remembering our loved one? Will it be a day of remembering the pain of their loss? Can any holiday ever feel the same again?
We’ve learned a few things that have helped us, and we hope they may be helpful to you.
The first year’s birth/death/anniversary/holidays are usually the most difficult.
Because we don’t know what to expect, they can seem overwhelming as they approach for the first time. We may want to feel a certain way but discover we feel completely different when the day’s finally arrived. We may place heavy expectations for that day and find our expectations aren’t met. We might be feeling like, “Who am I now that my loved one is gone, and how do I handle this anniversary?” Or, we may expect to feel deep sorrow and be surprised to feel “fine,” which can sometimes lead to unwanted feelings of guilt. Others may feel the opposite-wanting to completely check out, to not even celebrate at all. Honor their memory, & honor yourself for carrying on.
Time helps, but there’s no set time limit for grief.
Many people are told that the grieving process should be for “x” amount of months or weeks, but that’s not how grief works. There is no time limit, and the duration of grief really depends on many other factors–like how the person died and what your relationship was like before they died.
Remembering is good.
Remember the good times. Remember what you loved most about them. Remember their strengths. Often, on the birth or death day of our loved ones we have a family gathering and remember them by sharing memories. It’s good to remember.
Let yourself feel about and experience birthdays, death days, holidays, or anniversaries however you feel is best.
There is no right or wrong when it comes to these special days. Sometimes, it’s healthier to cry. Sometimes, its healthier to laugh and celebrate and sometimes it’s healthier to look ahead and plan the day. Do what works for you and for the time of your progression through grief.
Honor your loved one and Honor yourself for carrying on.
As the years progress, it becomes less about what we have lost and more about who they were, what they have taught us, and what we can leave behind in honor of them. We can carry on. We can learn from their lives and grow. Then, we can share that growth with others.
That’s one of the best ways we can honor our loved ones who have passed on, to learn from them and then to share what we have learned; to let their legacy be one of peace, of hope, of peace, of compassion, and great love.

When you’re ready for change, surrender is the way to go so allow the transitions and transformation and be prepared to allow and receive.
If surrender is a hard concept for you, learn to stop resisting and start receiving. Since we have been having eclipses that bring forth change and a double dose of spiritual lessons and learning, We can each be powerful in our own lives while also connecting with all of humanity in a powerful and self and whole empowering way.
Moving into new paradigms of awareness, understanding, and empowerment come with a price that can be heavy at times, when we must let go of what no longer fits into the new reality. That process of letting go is surrender, acknowledging that we must release what represents resistance to our transformation. Part of our surrender too, is allowing situations to end by recognizing that they have come to the ‘end of their energy road’. Sometimes these endings feel like a failure because we have given so much and worked so hard to create that outcome. We did not fail and cannot fail when an outcome depends on what someone else is going to choose. The past is gone and we need to face forward. While we may regret what did not work out the way we wanted, there is always a new day, new dawn, new potentials, and a fresh start to the road to freedom.
