Surfing is Fun, Fun, Fun. The enjoyable atmosphere that includes the sunshine, the beach, and warm water adds to the fun. Although learning to surf can be challenging because it takes practice to hone the skill of surfing, those frustrating moments are overshadowed by all of the fun moments you’ll experience.

Good Vibrations

When you are in a high vibration you can perceive your guidance. When you’re in a lower vibration you’ll match up with people in the world who are in a similar state. When there is a vibrational mismatch, conditions can shift and you’ll be guided elsewhere.

Your vibration alone allows or blocks all you desire. Make a list of desires and make sure you can feel really good about each one. If not, back up a little bit and create them a little bit at a time until your successful mini-manifestations show you that the Universe cares, and the heavens will always work, in every way, to guide you on the path to your dreams.

Yoga is a Great Practice for Dancers

People today turn to yoga, dance, and other physical activities in order to improve their physical wellbeing. Dance, as yoga, helps individuals control their body weight, and improves their well being.

However, from my personal experience as a ballet dancer with 20 years of training, dance can sometimes be painful for the body and actually increase the levels of anxiety. When I turned to yoga, I realized that every dancer, especially those at a professional level should try it.

Yoga Makes You Love Your Body

Dancers can sometimes be convinced that if they do not have the ideally thin body, they can never be successful. So as a result, they refuse to accept their natural body weight and put their health at the risk.

However, yoga teaches practitioners that they do not need to have a particular body shape (thin, flexible, tall, short, etc.) in order to do yoga, because yoga is for everyone! Dancers can learn to love their bodies every single minute of the day through yoga.

Yoga Connects You with Your Body

Dancing and competitive sports can sometimes negatively affect individuals’ body image and body satisfaction and lead them to unhealthy habits and behaviors, such as eating disorders.

Since yoga is not competitive, there is no wrong way to do it. It teaches individuals to listen to their body (heart-rate, feelings, sensations, breathing).

In other words, yoga connects the mind, body, and spirit and can definitely teach dancers how to listen to and respect their bodies and physical needs.

All in all, yoga can definitely benefit dancers and help them increase their performance skills, while keeping up their levels of wellbeing.

Divine Self

One of the biggest shifts taking place in the world right now is the opening, deepening and expansion of knowing regarding the inner realm of focus. Human beings are awakening to their true nature and as they do, beginning to orient inward.

As you do this, your center changes in life and you begin to find that you can create what you want through connecting within you. You become aware of your true Source and the Self that is beyond this realm yet is very real and alive within you.

Now is a time of great contrast and change. This COVID-19 on the earth changes, the political tension, and the personal challenges you are feeling because of these outer experiences are all very challenging if you are not centered and calm. Yet you can feel centered and calm, relaxed and well even with the outer world’s forms and activities.

Outer experiences are always opportunities to be deliberate in your focus and in the way you create your energy. This moment, like any, can be used beautifully to deepen your relationship with your innermost self. To go within and ask your own infinite self to come forth and assist you. There are many angels, beings of light, and star beings here wanting to help you. Yet you must ask in order for angels to help.

The more you develop and cultivate your inner connections, the more you will find them to feel reliable, real and comforting to you in times of stress and change.

You are naturally predisposed to go within and that you have all you need to do so, no matter where you find yourself. It only takes a moment to pause, close your eyes and breathe. To intend to center and open to your Soul, your Divine Self, to call upon those fields – the YOU that is non-physical – and ask for love, support, energy, understanding, guidance and help. Then to allow yourself to receive, by simply being silent and breathing, allowing energy and gifts to be given.

You are always receiving, whenever you ask. Learn to be silent so you can feel the way you and your Divine Self co-create.

Space of Balance

Flow with the incoming energies and trust in your inner wisdom.

The universe always works in perfect balance. When we place ourselves in its natural flow we move into a space of balance. However, before that occurs all that is out of balance within ourselves needs to be addressed. Circumstances in our lives are highlighting any imbalance creating a profound clearing and purging of the old.

At this time, as the sun is moving from Libra into Scorpio, the energy is being re-orientated within the energy and power of your soul. The outer manifestation of your life will transform expanding your horizons beyond what you have previously known and experienced.

Make time to explore your intuition and follow the guidance that arises. You will find a deeper understanding of your journey emerges allowing you to clarify the choices you now have. Trust in your inner wisdom.

Stay in the Flow

We have the opportunity for even greater expansion. As our perception expands we are encouraged to find new levels of balance within ourselves and in our lives.

The incoming energies from the recent New Moon may well bring up issues you think were resolved offering you the opportunity to shift your thinking.

Honor what is arising and recognise that a new balance is emerging. What is out of balance must be brought into balance. What is out of alignment within your soul must be released so alignment can happen. Respond by moving within and observing from this internal space what limitation needs to be released.

New Moon Grateful Heart

Adding a thankful vibration into your life can create amazing changes from the deepest level to the most superficial. Everything in life is a vibration.

Gratitude is energy. It is the energy used to express our thanks, giving an offering to the universal energies. When gratitude, or thanks is given the Universe hears and feels this heart felt energy and then yields to give us more of what we are expressing.

This is when the Spiritual Law, The Law of Vibration, known as the The Law of Attraction comes into play. The Law of Vibration states: “Nothing rest, everything moves, everything vibrates. This law tells us that the whole universe is but a vibration, operating at different frequencies and movements, and yes, even you are a pure energy vibrating at a different frequency. Your thoughts, emotions are all vibrational energy the universe is responding to.

Tuesday Thoughts

Divine Love is inherent within all things. Purposefully coming back into our centers and allowing ourselves to see this as our Truth is a powerful spiritual practice.

Awakening within us all is a connection to the divinity that is the deepest part of our true nature. We are here in this time on Earth to blend our human selves with the most Divine Love that exists in all the Universe.

It is very encouraging when we remember that this Love is always present, guiding us through lives that are changing more quickly than we can comprehend. I know that when I turn away from outward circumstances, come back into my heart and pray for it, there is a Peace that enfolds me in surprising ways.

I have absolute Faith that we are not alone and that we are being led through life’s changes by a Love that never ends.
