The Energetic Doorway

Everything that we create can be changed. If we have had an unhappy experience, at least one that we judge to be unhappy, going back and revisiting it and asking for a new way to view it to see what the gift is in it, because every experience has a gift in it. Sometimes it does not feel much like a gift as we are coming through it, but going back and asking to see it differently, sparks up that there has been a gifting in it.

This weekend’s energetic doorway is like a moment in time when we can have flashpoints of awareness and other personal breakthroughs. Some of these may be so unprecedented that our entire life view shifts in radical ways.

With a new view, life may look vastly different than it did before including potentials and path forward. This could relate to personal life path or expression of life purpose. It could be about key people too – those you know and perhaps those you will be meeting. It could relate to the ability to shine your light in a more meaningful and fulfilling way.

These new insights, when acted upon with divine timing, could radically shift your daily experience of what it is like to truly live in this world connected to All That Is.

 And so it is.
Sparkling Blessings,

Kelly Krishna Dunn

Meditation Art: Sacred Geometry

Sacred Geometry is the language of the Universe. Our higher minds recognize this ancient language and we feel it in our vibration. It is Vibrational Energy Medicine!

In New Age thought, the Flower of Life has provided what is considered to be deep spiritual meaning and forms of enlightenment. The flower of life holds a secret symbol created by drawing 13 circles out of the Flower of Life. By doing this, one can discover the most important and sacred pattern in the universe. This is the source of all that exists; it’s called the Fruit of Life. It contains 13 informational systems. Each one explains another aspect of reality. These systems are able to give us access to everything ranging from the human body to the galaxies.

metatron

Metatron was often drawn around an object or person to ward off negativity. In sacred geometry, Archangel Metatron, the angel of life oversees the flow of energy in a mystical cube known as Metatron’s Cube, which contains all of the geometric shapes in the Universe’s creation and represents the patterns that make up everything The Divine Universe has made. These duties tie in with Metatron’s work overseeing the Tree of Life in Kabbalah, where Metatron sends creative energy down from the top (the crown chakra) of the tree toward all the parts of creation.

Hmm… But there is more to this emblem “than meets the eye”

eye

Ancient symbol of protection, royal power and good health. The ancients believed that the experience of Sacred Geometry was essential to the education of the soul. They knew that these patterns and codes were symbolic of our own inner realm and the subtle structure of awareness. To them the “sacred” had particular significance involving consciousness and the profound mystery of awareness ….. the ultimate sacred wonder. Sacred Geometry takes on another whole level of significance when grounded in the experience of self-awareness.

AJNA-Third Eye Yoga Kriya

Ajna or third-eye chakra is the sixth chakra in the body. Ajna translates to “command” and is considered the eye of intuition. It is the power that has to do with recognition, imagination, visualization, dreaming, and perception. When a person has developed a strong Ajna, one can see the unseen and come from a deep inner state of knowing. You will sense when the Ajna is unbalanced it can result in rigid/one-way thinking, insensitivity, poor concentration, denial, and inability to see the future.

Many people are trained at an early age to not trust their own intuition. This could have been from parents or peers who made you believe that your senses were not valid, which created doubt. Children that were abused will disconnect from their lower chakras as a survival mechanism which causes them to over develop their higher chakras. An imbalance between the lower and high chakras can cause these children to escape reality through imagination and visualization. The long-term effect of this will cause people to be dreamers rather than doers. One must have balanced lower chakras as an anchor in order to have a properly functioning Ajna.

The Ajna also has to do with our perception. We all have perceptions and this is created from our upbringing, environments, and our beliefs. When perception is mistaken for intuition, we can get into trouble. Perception isn’t always reality. It is our limited reality. To balance the Ajna, we must challenge our perception and always seek reality no matter how uncomfortable it is.

what-to-do-when-you-feel-stuck

Strengthening and balancing the Ajna is a process but can be done and requires daily meditation to function optimally. The results are very subtle and when they are not paid attention to, they can go unnoticed. The important thing when coming back into balance with the Ajna is to learn to trust your intuition and what you see in meditation. You will begin to know the difference between thoughts, perception, and intuition.

Ajna is a true gift and to have a fully functioning one will make you limitless. Check out this Kriya called “To See the Unseen” This specific technique helps with gaining Intuitive Vison. And everyone will have their own experience but this experience turned out to be a  a visual intuitive experience.

To See the Unseen Yoga Kriya

Sit in easy pose with the right arm out in front parallel to the floor with the elbow straight, but not locked.
The palm to the right hand is facing up and slightly cupped as if catching rain.
The left hand is in Surya Mudra (ring finger touching the thumb) with the elbow at the aide and forearm facing out.
Close your eyes and focus on the tip of the chin.                                                                     Strongly press the tip of the tongue to the palate behind the teeth
Mentally chant, “Wahe Guru” in silence.
Breath long and deep.
Practice for 11 minutes.
To End – Make panther claws (bend the fingers into the mounds of the hand). Inhale and turn to the left, then back to the center and exhale. Then inhale and turn to the right, then back to the center and exhale. Sat Nam.

waheguru-is-the-mantra-for-the-ajna

When the Third Eye is activated we can command our own mind and command a Destiny. To see with crystal clarity. It’s been said that one’s Destiny is written on one’s forehead, more accurately, when the Ajna is activated we can live our life with an overview and navigate easily towards where our Destiny lies.

To crystal clarity,

Making Your Own Ghee At Home

This liquid gold making at home is a simple task that can be accomplished very quickly and easily. Ghee can be used in place of butter and is an ideal cooking oil, as it does not burn unless heated excessively. It makes a wonderful body oil for massage and can serve as a base for herbal ointments.

Ghee is a digestive. It helps to improve absorption and assimilation. It nourishes ojas, tejas and prana. It is good for improving memory and lubricates the connective tissue making the body flexible and, in small doses, is tridoshic. Yogavahi, Ghee is- a catalytic agent that carries the medicinal properties of herbs into the seven dhatus.

Ingredients:

Organic Unsalted Butter

Directions:

Simmer sweet butter for 10 minutes over medium heat. Let cool for a few minutes, then remove all the white foam from the top. Clear yellow ghee will remain. Pour this through a cheesecloth into a container, not allowing any white sediment at the bottom of the pan to slide in.

Cover your jars loosely and let your precious ghee set for several hours at room temperature.

*One pound of butter will fill a 16oz (1 pint) Mason jar almost to the top.

Meditation for Intuition

This time is a great expansion of consciousness that seems to bring with it – new challenges to humanity that we have never encountered before. The ancients have warned us to let go of the old ways now – that is living by the mind and ego.

The ego/mind is made up of thoughts and beliefs from the past (unreality) and it is not equipped to guide us into this new age.

It is time to rely on the strength of your own Soul and to live from your heart.  If you commit to living from this place you will experience Life as exciting and filled with endless possibilities to further your highest potential.

To live by your Soul means to listen to your Intuition. Your intuition is the voice of your own inner Teacher that guides you from darkness. (unconsciousness) into Light (expanded consciousness).

Many people ask, “How do I know these messages are coming from my intuition and not from the ego/mind?”

Voice of Intuition vs Voice of EGO

1. Ego is Logical – Intuition is Creative

Often the ego’s voice will sound logical and rational. The advice is based on a past that no longer exists.

It may sound like, “Of course do this because it worked for you in the past”  Intuition rarely sounds logical or rational. It is the creative voice & the solution or message that seems to come out of left field.

2. Ego is Fear Based – Intuition is based on Love

Ego voice example,  “Keep that job that exhausts you – it gives you a regular pay check otherwise you will have no home – how will you live?  The intuitive voice is rooted in love and reminds you that you have the support of the universe every step of the way. It is step by step often with intuition you do not receive the whole picture all at once.

3. Ego Sounds Judgmental – Intuition is Neutral

The ego’s voice is judgmental to the point of being abusive – criticizing yourself to make you believe that you are a bad person. This will make you treat yourself in disrespectful and unloving ways.  Intuition is neutral in energy and these messages makes you treat yourself in loving and respectful ways.

Intuition sees the truth that we are all spiritual beings having human experiences.

Meditation for Intuition:

Tune in with the Adi Mantra 3 Times (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo).

Interlace your fingers except the Jupiter Fingers (index fingers) point up.

Cross thumbs like so..

jupiter-finger

Eyes are 1/10 open.

Bring fingers just under your nose where you can see the tip of your Jupiter fingers.

INHALE -through ‘O’ mouth 4 Times.

EXHALE – once through the nostrils.

Use your diaphragm on the INHALE .

These exercises are time bound. Open up your chakras and open up your self sensory system.

Continue for 11 minutes-To End

Sat Nam (truth is my identity)

Find Yourself

Let your Intuition be your Guide. A gut feeling that tells us things our conscious brain is more likely to ignore. Trust your inner compass. 90% of the time when your gut feeling tells you something is off, It is! Feminine intuition is extremely attuned especially to our husband’s normal behavior and when internal instincts are screaming that something is wrong, listen to it, a woman’s gut never lies. I thank my intuition for guiding me to the truth. It breaks my heart that some of us, including myself for a while, will trust our husband’s faithfulness and then deny our own intuition. But the truth is that the situation was being gaslighted.

It was the Intuition that would not let me shake it off and then shockingly discovered his double-life-living. For many of us married to men who struggle with sexual addiction, this is the first suffering we endure—recurring cycles of fear, frustration, and self-doubt. We feel crazy because our hearts are telling us one thing while our husbands are busy convincing us that nothing is wrong.

Chronic self-doubt eats away at our confidence and self-esteem. We become vulnerable to stress-related illnesses, depression, and unhealthy coping strategies. And we get really tired. It takes a lot of energy to manage conflicted emotions. When the truth about our husband’s sexual behavior is eventually revealed, many of us feel a strange sense of relief mixed in with the gut-wrenching grief over his betrayal. “How could he hurt me this way?!” is followed swiftly by the thought, “I knew something was wrong! At least I’m not crazy.”

Whether you never saw this coming or your husband is just one more man in a long line of men to hurt you in some way, your grief over his broken promises is agonizing. Many of us have said it would have been easier if he had died.

And it doesn’t matter if he is addicted to porn or prostitutes or anonymous sexual encounters, sexual betrayal strips a woman naked and mocks her in front of everyone.

Then reality sets in. This is an addiction. My husband is an addict. I too also have had an addiction, to alcohol. A recovering alcoholic gratefully sober for four years and stayed sober throughout this excruciating journey and I do understand addiction more than others from my personal experiences with addiction/recovery. If I stay in my marriage, I could experience this pain over and over again. Relapses. This realization is enough to make even the most committed and compassionate woman hesitate. Those of us who have already endured much wounding cannot imagine ever feeling safe in the relationship again. Leaving the marriage becomes the only option we can bear.

Others of us choose to stay in the marriage, sometimes because of our children and sometimes because of our faith. Either choice presents its own path of painful challenges. If I could choose one word to describe this initial year of recovery it would be overwhelming.

For those of us who are married to sex addicts, or who were, it can be tempting at times to define ourselves by our husbands’ struggle and the suffering it brings into our lives. While our suffering is real, so is our choice to remember that we are women of great worth and value, capable of changing the world for good in spite of our pain. Silent suffering of spouses dealing with sexual addiction.

Coping with Loss of Loved Ones

img_4854

When someone you love passes, it can feel like you have a hole in your heart. Honor how you feel. Know, too, that you never lose them for love never dies, it connects you heart-to-heart across time and dimensions. Love is the eternal bond. Love is forever.

The actual death of a being you love can sometimes be anticipated, but you can never know in advance exactly how you will feel and respond. Even with advance preparation, shock occurs and a kind of disassociation with reality appears as you process the passing. This is not foreign to the mourning phase.

While death is as natural as birth –  It is quite comforting for people to learn more about circumstances of the death and to be able to telepathically communicate beyond the veil to better understand the gifts of the relationship. This helps with letting go and can be validating.

It’s common, even years after a loved one has passed, to feel deep sadness on the anniversary of his or her death. This feeling is something to be honored, for you are honoring both the being and your relationship. Also keep this in mind: other side communications, with your loved one, have no expiration date. Telepathic communication beyond the veil is immortal, timeless, and easily facilitated years or even decades after passing.
