Intuitive Living

When you wake up in the morning, start your day by giving yourself permission to be intuitive. Remember, intuition is your natural state; therefore, you do not need to work at it, but rather allow it to express itself through you as You.

Intuition expresses itself through feelings – the language of the soul. By paying attention to how you feel, you become aware of your deeper Self and its guidance. If what you are doing or considering feels good, gives you a sense of inner rightness, chances are you are in alignment with your soul.
The path of intuitive living is the path of trusting and believing in your Self. Spend time daily in silence and self-reflection. Meditation, journaling, yoga and time in nature all contribute to connecting with the quiet voice within.
Honoring your intuition, honoring your true Self, takes great courage. Trust that nothing is revealed to you intuitively if it is not in your highest interest, even if that means making some tough choices (or easy choices) in your life. However your intuition guides you, it is always in service of your well-being. As much as it takes courage to act on your intuition, even before this, it can take courage to be honest with yourself and your situations. Therefore shine the light of truth into your heart and trust that your intuition is there only to serve you, even if it may appear otherwise to you and others.

Life knows what you want more than you do. When you surrender, you will soon discover the magic that Life has in store!

Sattvic energies

Ayurveda sparks your morning with Ayurvedic routines to keep your mind and body balanced and healthy.

A daily routine develops to bring radical change in body, mind, and consciousness.

Routine helps to establish balance in one’s constitution. It also regularizes a person’s biological rhythms, aids digestion, absorption and assimilation, and generates self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness, and longevity.

A helpful suggestion is to wake up before the sun rises, when there are loving (sattvic) qualities in nature that bring peace of mind and freshness to the senses.

Right after waking, look at your hands for a few moments, then gently move them over your face and chest down to the waist. This cleans the aura.

Do you know what pairs well with an Ayurvedic morning routine? Yoga, Meditation and self-massage called #abhyanga

Monday Meditation

Morning meditation with the smell of  nag champa mmm.. enhances your meditation and creates a sacred atmosphere in your own home or @ the yoga studio.

We know just what to do … burn nag champa incense. Its aroma will transport you to the spiritually elevated surroundings of tranquil Buddhist and Hindu monasteries where generations have blended secret mixtures of this calming floral aroma.  #meditationmonday #krishna

Soul Evolvement

Difficult situations are sometimes necessary for the soul to evolve, and are created purposefully by the individual (you) and your (soul) it’s a co-creation to realize some lessons require a strong experience for evolution to occur.

The evolved perspective considers the experience and often in hindsight knows that even the most negative experience can produce a positive outcome.

Remember that you are loved, supported, guided and protected by eternal energies 24/7.

Intuitive Cooking

Udon, Soba, Shirataki Authentic noodles are a staple part of Japanese cuisine and we love them!

By using imagination, intuition and patience, creative intuitive cooking means being completely present in the entire process and trusting your inner chef!

Becoming more attuned to different foods and flavors using your intuition in the kitchen is the language of intuitive cooking.

At best it’s about tuning into our intuition and rebuilding the relationship and trust with our bodies and inner voice.
