This year The New Living Expo is celebrating! They have an incredible line-up of speakers, best-selling authors, presentations on mindfulness, spirituality, wellness and conscious living. 

It’s been a blast engaging our senses  in the very latest in nurturing and sustainably-sourced products and services for your body, mind and soul. 

It’s been great so far to participate in meditation, qigong, yoga and get a massage. We find our own  alchemy at New Living Expo.
