Strawberry Sagittarius Full Moon

Happy Full Moon in Sagittarius on Friday, June 9th at 1:10pm Universal Time. It will appear at its fullest tonight. 

Full Moons are the most emotionally charged time of the month. With the Sun being in Gemini, this Moon brings out the opposing polarity of Sagittarius, in which we may feel the energies of each sign either collaborating or challenging each other. This Sun is masculine and represents our ego needs; with the Moon being feminine, it represents emotional needs.

As the Moon in Sagittarius opposes the Sun, we find ourselves needing to look at more of the big picture, and considering what is beyond our immediate thoughts, language, and environment.
The Full Moon also known as the Strawberry Moon is moving toward a conjunction with Saturn retrograde in the same sign. This emphasizes the Sagittarian themes of truth. This can also be a time of serious considerations around travel, higher education, spirituality, beliefs, teaching, and marketing/publishing.

Ayurvedic Dincharya 

Jump start your morning with Ayurvedic routines to keep your mind and body in harmony and healthy throughout the day.  In Sanskrit the daily routine is called the Dinacharya. Ayurveda recommends that in order to be optimally healthy tune our bodies to the nature’s master cycle. 

 

Ayurveda recommends splashing your face and eyes with water as soon as you wake up, seven times. An auspicious number in Ayurveda, seven represents the body’s chakras, or energy centers.

Daily routine brings radical change in body, mind, and consciousness. Routine helps to establish balance in our constitution generating  peace, happiness, and longevity.

Appreciating Your Gifts and Talents

We are here in this lifetime to learn how to take care of the details and to be thorough in all that we do. Paying attention to the details helps establish structures that will make you feel fulfilled. It’s important to develop, and learn to manage skills at taking care of the details, because this helps so much to be productive and remarkable at what you do, and assists you to achieve the progress that you aim for in your life.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathe, we recommend that you spend some silence time by yourself, recognizing and thinking about your gifts, and how they attract people to you. As you breathe deep, inhale sat, exhale nam, Reflect on what happens when people are around you, and how they respond to you.

 

What is attracting them to you?

There is a part of you that knows what you do, and how to do it. When your heart is open, that sends people to you, but it also brings people together. You may believe that this is a common gift that anyone possesses, yet it is uniquely your gift. And in fact, if you want to find out what it is that you can do in the world to express yourself, and be yourself, you only need to look at those skills that feel simple for you to do. You will probably be surprised to find out that these skills are exactly those that make you unique, and not everyone is able to do the same things that you do. These are the gifts that you can share with other people, and they can serve a larger purpose, as you align yourself to serve your Soul’s purpose.

Sometimes the things that you don’t even see, because they feel so natural to you, are the gifts that you’ve been searching for a long time. You’re not able to clearly see them because you expect to find something more glamorous. But it is not about the glamour, or about what we think that our gift should be. It is more important to find that one thing that you are able to do and that comes easy to you. See how this attracts other people into your life.

Gemini Super New Moon 

This Super New Moon on May 25, 2017 is going to bring the start of a new cycle. Before this new energy can emerge, the old is set to be  cleared.

The old energy we are clearing this time around, comes from the events that stirred around the Scorpio Full Moon earlier in the month.
As the Super New Moon falls in Gemini, it will be guiding us to focus on our thoughts and how we have been communicating to ourselves, to others and to the world.

Gemini energy is very “thought” driven and often there are times where we all experience our thoughts running away from us.
Gemini is a mutable air sign ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication and thinking. 
The sign of the twins. It is also known as the ‘trickster’. 

Gemini is the master of language and grammar, serving as both a transmitter and receiver of information and knowledge. It is the ultimate student and curiosity fuels its drive to learn.

This Moon cycle gives us an opportunity to work with these qualities more than usual and perhaps in new ways for some. This energy can also be more apparent externally through other people we interact with or observe, the information we come across, and through events and circumstances. 
During this phase. Mercury trines Pluto. This is great for facilitating deeper understanding and insight while dealing with practical matters. This can also help us to really focus our attention, even during Gemini season, which can easily be jumping from one topic to the next. this will occur prominently between May 30th-31st.

This upcoming month is a great time for learning and expanding knowledge. Making social connections and getting around to connect with a variety of people and inventive ideas can also be a good use of time and energy. Improving the way we communicate and write  perhaps even learning a different language – can flow well during this month.

From Shakti Fest to the largest UFO Conference in the USA
