Gemini Super New Moon 

This Super New Moon on May 25, 2017 is going to bring the start of a new cycle. Before this new energy can emerge, the old is set to be  cleared.

The old energy we are clearing this time around, comes from the events that stirred around the Scorpio Full Moon earlier in the month.
As the Super New Moon falls in Gemini, it will be guiding us to focus on our thoughts and how we have been communicating to ourselves, to others and to the world.

Gemini energy is very “thought” driven and often there are times where we all experience our thoughts running away from us.
Gemini is a mutable air sign ruled by Mercury, the planet of communication and thinking. 
The sign of the twins. It is also known as the ‘trickster’. 

Gemini is the master of language and grammar, serving as both a transmitter and receiver of information and knowledge. It is the ultimate student and curiosity fuels its drive to learn.

This Moon cycle gives us an opportunity to work with these qualities more than usual and perhaps in new ways for some. This energy can also be more apparent externally through other people we interact with or observe, the information we come across, and through events and circumstances. 
During this phase. Mercury trines Pluto. This is great for facilitating deeper understanding and insight while dealing with practical matters. This can also help us to really focus our attention, even during Gemini season, which can easily be jumping from one topic to the next. this will occur prominently between May 30th-31st.

This upcoming month is a great time for learning and expanding knowledge. Making social connections and getting around to connect with a variety of people and inventive ideas can also be a good use of time and energy. Improving the way we communicate and write  perhaps even learning a different language – can flow well during this month.

Full Moon in Scorpio: Cold Case Cracked Open 

Gateway to our True Depth. May’s Full Moon falls on the 10th/11th in the watery sign of Scorpio and holds extremely powerful and potent energy. 

Scorpio energy is all about transformation and reaching higher levels of consciousness. 

May 10th Full Moon in Scorpio will be intense, and not just because it’s Scorpio. Pluto retrograde Rx (Scorpio’s ruler) will trine the Sun in Taurus and make a sextile to the Moon. This adds an extra helping of Scorpio to an already serious culmination. This energy will be helpful all around for cracking open cold case files. Past crime or an accident that has not yet been fully solved.. Police departments discover around this time they are opening cold case units to re-examine cold case files for new information that could emerge from new witness testimony, re-examined archives, and new or retained material evidence. Not only is the investigator’s ultimate aim to resolve the cold case. This relates to your own emotional cold case that could benefit reexamination over a sustained period of time that translates into physical and emotional health well-being.
Full Moons are times of peak intensity – something has been building, and it will be eliminated  by Scorpio’s profound, unstoppable energy. The impact will be felt beneath the surface, so the result will be much more than a superficial change. 

Secrets and hidden motivations may be exposed. You see Scorpio has the potential to reach Divine levels of consciousness and in some cases the exact opposite. New Moon in Taurus 

This upcoming new Moon in Taurus happens tonight April 26, and, it is a very interesting time. It can feel like a real push-me pull-you experience, and, we’ve been feeling that for some time, but, now it’s getting more accentuated. Feelings are amped up as we are being pushed to change, and, change we will, at least to some extent in some measure. 

This new Moon in Taurus carries a flavor of wanting (or needing) to be accepted, respected, a valuable member of the tribe, to not feel like an outcast, a reject, or like someone who just doesn’t measure up. 

The Sabian Symbol for this new Moon is The Woman Of Samaria At Jacob’s Well, and, we may at times feel like an alien, or as we may not don’t fit in, are not taken seriously or take up too much room or space. None of this is what we want or where we want to be going, of course, but, when we can identify any of these reactions, thoughts or feelings, we can see them for what they are and purge them now for good. This can be a very healing new Moon. 
The biggest thing with this new Moon period is that Venus (which rules Taurus) is now direct, and, about to move from Pisces into Aries. This will help things along. We’ve had Venus retrograde conjunct (together with) Chiron, and squaring Saturn for what seems like weeks now. Many have been experiencing the tension and stress of the feeling of having to move away from familiar situations, the need to let go of something or someone. 

Mercury is retrograde and the  message of Mercury at this new Moon is that we can bring back something that we thought was lost.. we can renew or revive something. Mercury is in a very powerful aspect with not only planet Uranus (it’s conjunct or together with Uranus in Aries), but, it’s also trining Saturn. This can bring breakthroughs in understanding, decisions and/or moves made, final resolutions to old stories, a deep letting go of restrictions and moving into the future. When Mercury goes direct smack on Uranus and trine Saturn, so, it’s a very strong period of out with the old and in with the new.  

Mercury is also asking us to be pioneers; to reach out to new shores, new beginnings, to do a big, deep let go. The new Moon means that the Sun and the Moon are both together – bringing a synergy of their energies together. It is a perfect time to set your intentions for the future. This period is wonderful for planting seeds of any kind whatever you wish. 

Ask yourself, What do you want to manifest in your future? Whether you write it down or just hold the thought forms in your mind, doing this at the new Moon can bring forth  some fabulous results. This new moon is giving us an enormous opportunity to break free of past barriers, limitations, and restrictions. It’s leading us out of the swamp of negative feelings and emotions, and, it’s asking that you concentrate on YOU, not on everyone else first, but YOU first.

Sun in Taurus: When Luxury & Love Meet

Can you feel it? The Sun has moved  into sensory Taurus and it feels amazing. The Venus energy since Taurus is ruled by planet Venus, Goddess Of Love.

April is the month of love! We have had a Full Moon in Libra (ruled by Venus) and a New Moon in Taurus (again, ruled by Venus). Moreover, Venus turned direct on April 15th, giving us the green light for romance, relationships, money, personal values, and beauty.

During the past six weeks, Venus asked us to have an honest look at our relationships, our possessions, our values, and check to see if they are still connected. We are now prepared to move forward in closer alignment with our true values. When Venus turned direct she was close to Chiron at 26° Pisces, opening us to the deep healing power of love.

The Hidden Magic in Joshua Tree 

Deep in the desert, searching for enlightenment at a spot that’s filled with Joshua trees. This area, we love its name, monzogranite rock formations and the triad of cholla, cactus and prickly pear that prick my legs, it feels like acupuncture. 

Joshua Tree National Park, we have become so amazed of these wondrous surroundings,  also appreciating the floral delights.  

In this particular portion of southeastern California Joshua Tree became a national park in 1994, and that is named for the yucca trees native to the park. It’ll tell you that Joshua Tree’s grow quickly and that you could eat the buds. But here’s what I’ll tell you: the name ‘Joshua’ was decided on by Mormons who thought that the tree’s natural form mimicked that of Joshua praying to the sky in an episode of the Bible, and that the sun sets on the rocks just right and that you can get great tacos in the small town right before you drive in. I’ll tell you that there’s a candy store in town and that you can freely camp and cook and wake up to snow in the desert. We can tell you this, because it’s real: the hidden gem of Joshua Tree is  something you have to experience to believe.

Solar Eclipse- Ring of Fire- New Moon 

We are having a Solar Eclipse in Pisces. While it will only be visible in parts of South America and Africa, as with every eclipse, the astrological importance will still affect the whole planet! 

This is an annular eclipse, which is when the Sun is almost completely blocked from the Moon except for the outer edges. The moon is it’s furthest distance from the Earth.  
This type of eclipse is referred to as a ‘ring of fire,’ thanks to its unique appearance.
Today 2/26/17 is a day to truly celebrate and honor yourself for   the events that have took place in your life, all that you have been through. The Ring of Fire  New Moon Solar Eclipse is going to be sending us waves of positive energy that is highly motivating, eye-opening and focused.

Snow Moon Lunar Eclipse 

This evening turns out to be a cosmic experience. Full moon, lunar eclipse and the chance to see a green comet if skies are to clear up. This flyby marks the closest comet to earth in 30 years. 
Because it’s February, the full moon tonight is called “Snow Moon” the moon received its name as Snow Moon because usually the heaviest snows fall in February. This name given goes way back to the Native Americans during Colonial times when the Moons were a way of tracking the seasons. 

The February Lunar Full Moon Eclipse happens to take place in the zodiac sign of Leo. The eclipse in Leo represents the opening of a new gateway and a starting point into the energies of 2017.

Eclipses act like doorways into different energy paths, and are powerful enough to transform, shift and change the direction and flow of your life. We look at Eclipses like the cosmic helping hand of the Universe. Imagine the Universal helping hand that reaches down from the heavens and puts you where you need to be.

The good thing about the energy of the Eclipse is that you can trust the direction they are guiding you in which is part of the cosmic plan and written for you. Trust whatever unfolds and know that it is all for a much higher purpose.
