Mindfulness: Letting Go Sets Me Free

Do you know how to refresh your mind? One of the best ways to calm your mind is by practicing mindful living, i.e. living in the now.

While practicing mindfulness is widely accepted as a positive thing, it’s not quite as easy to find a definition acceptable by everyone.

One of the conflicts for developing a present moment mindset is that by keeping your mind in the present avoids two negative emotions: regret and anxiety.

Allow the past to die. There’s no reason to torture yourself. Anxiety results from worrying about the future. If you’re not thinking about the future, you can’t worry about it.

In many ways, life seems to be one trial after another. Our biggest task is to successfully navigate these trials. The exact obstacles will differ from person to person. We all have challenges, though in one form or the other.

One way to motivate positive thinking is by using positive affirmations. Intuitive Positive affirmations are a great way to boost esteem, & self-confidence.

Affirmations allow you to communicate with your subconscious mind, strengthening your confidence one thought at a time.

As life’s difficulties are managed by using a variety of methods. Using positive self-talk, reminding myself of prior challenges I navigated successfully, and allowing myself time to process a situation all help me to confront challenges.

The strength inside, ensures I overcome life’s adversities.

Today, I remind myself that regardless of the challenges I face, I have the power to overcome them. The abundance life offers are waiting to be embraced. I am stronger than I can imagine, is a suggested affirmation of the day. 🙂
