Take a few breathes and clear your mind of all distractions. When the mind thinks healthy thoughts, the body finds it easier to be healthy. 

The connection between mind and body is now well known. It is an agreed fact that diseases are psychosomatic, they are mostly caused by thought and emotions. It is often said, “Change your thoughts, change your life”. It is possible to fill the mind with healthy thoughts by using positive affirmations. 

Repeating affirmations over and over impresses the subconscious mind to such a degree that it slowly starts transforming the body to align with the healthy thoughts.

Fabulous Foot Soak

From your toes to your heels, these warm-water treatments will soothe and relax your feet. Immersing your feet in a tub of warm water, is a nice way to relax after a long day. A foot soak soothes muscles, hydrates your skin and when caring for your hard-working feet add a few essential oil drops to your soak. Juniper berry oil helps alleviate sore muscles, as you may know lavender is a favorite for relaxation, cedarwood makes a good choice and rosemary oil helps soothe muscles. Submerge your feet into warm water and remember to enjoy the moment of relaxation.
