Fabulous Foot Soak

From your toes to your heels, these warm-water treatments will soothe and relax your feet. Immersing your feet in a tub of warm water, is a nice way to relax after a long day. A foot soak soothes muscles, hydrates your skin and when caring for your hard-working feet add a few essential oil drops to your soak. Juniper berry oil helps alleviate sore muscles, as you may know lavender is a favorite for relaxation, cedarwood makes a good choice and rosemary oil helps soothe muscles. Submerge your feet into warm water and remember to enjoy the moment of relaxation.
